1 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 medium ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of lime juice

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of erythritol (or preferred sweetener)

A pinch of salt


Kitchen Tools Needed:

Blender

Measuring cups

Spoon

Glass



Instructions:

In a blender, combine the unsweetened coconut yogurt, almond milk, chopped mango, chia seeds, lime juice, vanilla extract, and erythritol.

Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
